In Elementary level (1st – 5th grade) we are continually committed to the use of various instructional strategies to encourage student development of critical thinking, problem solving, and performance skills.
We are guided by Christian vision and the Bible as a source for shaping the student’s character, allowing for the development of an integrated person capable of expressing his or her leadership. We recognize that each student is different; therefore their interests, necessities and stage of development are taken into account in order to place them in the appropriate programs. Considering this we provide intervention through the LEAP program, which is designed to reinforce the student’s language skills.
Our Common Core standards based curriculum complies with the Association of Christian Schools (ACSI) and the Ministry of Education requirements. This curricular program is enhanced with activities such as: The Science Fair, Literary Fair, Art Fair, Spelling Bee, Math Olympics, Elementary retreat, Mother’s Day (1st-2nd), Grandparent’s Day (1st-2nd), and the Celebration of 100 Days of school. We continue to conform to our mission of providing quality education through the use of proven pedagogical methods using the Bible as our foundation.
We are committed to the integral development of each of our students.
