On Thursday June 22nd was a proud day for parents at MI-EL Christian School as Fifth graders walked the stage to receive their graduation diploma.

The program started with the graduates entrance march, followed by the National Anthem and a worship time. Our Academic Director, Mrs. Annie González delivered a commencement speech to the graduates, as well as the fifth-graders teachers, Mrs. Soto and Mr. Medina.

The students Charlenne Sánchez and Zoe Pichardo represented their classes through the graduating speeches in English and Spanish.

During the ceremony, the 28 students received their diplomas, as well as awards and medals for their honors and talents. The students Zoe Pichardo Rodríguez and Johan Manuel Herrera Paniagua received the “Academic Excellence Award”, the greatest recognition of the act.

To conclude the activity, the graduates presented a very special dance that delighted the entire audience.

El jueves 22 de junio de 2017 fue un gran día para los padres de Quinto grado de MI-EL CHRISTIAN SCHOOL, al ver a sus hijos recibir su diploma de graduación.

La envestidura inició con la marcha de los graduandos, seguida por el Himno Nacional y un momento de alabanzas y adoración al Señor. La Directora Académica, Annie González, dirigió un discurso hacia los graduandos, al igual que los maestros titulares de Quinto A y B, Mrs. Soto y Mr. Medina.

Las estudiantes Charlenne Sánchez y Zoe Pichardo representaron a su clase a través de los discursos en inglés y español, al ser quienes obtuvieron el mayor índice académico en las asignaturas Language Arts y Lengua Española respectivamente.

Durante el acto, los 28 graduandos recibieron sus diplomas, así como reconocimientos y medallas por los honores alcanzados y talentos demostrados durante el año. Los estudiantes Zoe Pichardo Rodríguez y Johan Manuel Herrera Paniagua recibieron el mayor galardón de la ceremonia, la medalla de “Excelencia Académica”.

Para concluir la actividad, los graduados presentaron un baile muy especial que encantó a toda la audiencia.
