GRANDPARENTS’ DAY CELEBRATION
Last Friday, we had a full house for our Grandparents’ Day Celebration with the presence of the grandparents of ECE and 2nd grade students. At MECS we know that grandparents play an important role in the lives of every child and how cherished is the relationship between them.
On this special occasion, the grandpas and grandmas enjoyed song and dance performances, videos and recited Bible verses. At the end, the grandparents could visit their grandchild’s classroom to receive creative handouts made by the students.
“Children’s children are the crown of old men, and the glory of children is their father” Proverbs 17:6

CELEBRACIÓN DÍA DE LOS ABUELOS
El viernes 26 de octubre celebramos a casa llena el “Día de los Abuelos” con los estudiantes de Nido hasta Segundo grado. En MECS sabemos que los abuelos desempeñan un papel muy importante en la vida de cada niño y lo valorada que es la relación entre ellos.
Durante la actividad, los abuelos y abuelas disfrutaron de la participación de sus nietos con bailes, canciones, videos y versículos bíblicos. Al finalizar el acto, celebrado en el Auditorio Elim, los asistentes visitaron los salones de clases, donde recibieron manualidades realizadas por los estudiantes.
